My latest thing is to eat veggies at all three meals. Today was day 1 of what I would like to have be a streak.
I had 2 carrots with a small healthy breakfast
2 cups of broccoli with a small healthy lunch
1 cup of cauliflower with a small healthy dinner..
I hope lots of healthy things are happening in my body because I'd really love to have pizza just about now..
Does anyone have any successful vegetable eating strategies?
