Like it has a anchor attached to it.
And I feel like I need a nap.
So I did an hour of Your Shape fitness last night. I was huffing and puffing though most of it (it was a 28 min overall workout). This morning when I told hubby about doing it he said Yeah...I heard you huffing and puffing. Really?? And it didn't dawn you to MAYBE get you butt out of bed to see if I was laying on the floor dieing?
I wasn't..but sometime you just have to give your other half a hard time. Right ladies?
Anyway...I did the 60 mins and burned 350 calories, add that to the 250 I burned at lunch and I met my goal of 500 calories burned (via working out) a day. I don't count the calories that my FitBit says I burn as going toward that goal. Mostly because number includes both the workouts too. So I just look at the two workout calorie numbers. Anything else is just right?
Last night I ended up making left over spaghetti for dinner. As soon as I got home, hubby wanted to run to Sam's Club to fill up the truck. He did offer to stop at Panda Express but I told him lets save the money and I'll just do leftovers at home. So tonight we're having the pork steaks. I'll add some white rice, applesauce, and green peas (or maybe a salad).
It's all logged already..then after dinner I can any tweaking id I have too. I didn't add any ice cream because I don't know if we'll have any tonight.
Eating today has been just like yesterday (I don't change much eating at work). I am trading salad a few days a week for fresh fruit. And I'm still trying really hard at night to stay on track.
