Went for a walk (6 days a week). [ x ] (Current streak: 30 days)
Took the stairs instead of the elevator. [ x ] (Current streak: 29 days)

Today I ate: 1662 calories
Today I burned: 431 calories
(BMR: 1820 calories)

Daily calorie differential: -590

There you go! All in all it was a good day. I was really tempted to overeat but I didn't, and I'm so proud of myself. I was at home and I was bored and stressed, and all I wanted to do was EAT. I had to remove myself from the situation (I was going through the fridge and the freezer looking for something to eat that would satisfy my emotional hunger) and remind myself that food is not the answer. It worked. I managed to avoid binging/emotional overeating!! But honestly, I must admit if it wasn't for my streak, I might have given in. So glad I didn't!
