My weight was down 2lbs last week - after a 'good' week.
This week I don't think I've been so 'good' - been up very early, out all day, home really late - not sleeping enough - eating a bit randomly and on-the-run.............. and I expect my weight might have gone back up a bit........will find out on Saturday!
I have a week's leave coming up next week - and, although that week already has some engagements pencilled in, I'm really wanting to take some time out - go for some long walks with picnic lunches and get some 'me' time - peace and quiet!
This month I was able to buy myself a small slow-cooker, and three new cookery books (I love my cookery books!) they are all vegan - one is slow-cooker recipes, and the other two are from Lindsay Nixon (1) Everyday Happy Herbivore and (2) Happy Herbivore Light & Lean. So, I'm all full of good intentions!
