tracking again

With the last few weeks being full of pain, I just stopped weighing my food and tracking it. I have been staying on the way I eat, but tracking is always a good idea. So now that I feel improvement I am going to try to get here every day and track. Get back into my old routine. It is positive reinforcement every time I stay within my carb goal, water goal, and calorie goal.
