Vitamins in for day
Water - 2 glasses, coffee - 2 cups, tea - 5 cups
Exercise - 15 minutes at lunch

Bible study night makes it almost impossible (notice I said ALMOST) to get in exercise other than a walk. But I also need spiritual food! :)
