well it is working. Down 2 pounds. Difficult the planning and weighing the measuring but confident I can do this. At least I say that in the morning. By nighttime I am ready to grab anything sweet and throw everything to the wind.
The book had several recipes and I have done two of them.
oatmeal protein pancake?? Not sure I will do this again. Its ok low carb. low cal but flavor not good a little bland,even though I added unsweetened applesauce.
So not sure of menu tomorrow. Today is done and happy I have chosen good food.
