So I have been listening to Big Band music since last week. I like it because it has a good beat that makes it good for walking/jogging/running. And you don't have to worry about crazy/rude/crude lyrics.
Another bonus to Big Band music is that I have never heard a siren go off and give me a start. So it would be safer to listen to while I drive also!!
Yesterday I got a Spibelt. I really like it. It holds my phone and key and doesn't bounce around.
What do you do with your stuff while you exercise?
