WOOHOOO Accomplishments !

I am about to go to bed, but I wanted to come back on and say what a GREAT DAY THIS WAS !!
For the FIRST TIME EVAH I HIT that PAWESOME # of 7 on FREGGIES !! ("F", V"Eggies") This is AMAZING considering that though I've been on SPARKS for 7 yrs now,, and 2 yrs of that as the "CL" Challenge Leader of the Spirited Under Dawg team on the 5% challenge,, where we work HARD to do our BEST to lose 5% of our weight in 8 weeks,, and MANY do HIT THIS !! I have in the past, but not this time around.
With ALL my limitations,, I am learnin how to exercise WITHOUT hurtig mysef also. I WAS doing 2 miles,,, and it was taking me an HR to do it YO DAT HURT !!! So as of yesterday, I have CUT it Down to a 1/2 hr,, and tonight I DO NOt hurt an extra amount ,, for on Fri when I OVERWALKED,, on Sat I was sooo BAD OFF EVERYTHING in my bod HURT WICKLY !! I do NOT Want NOR need that !!!
I am loving that on ALL 3 teams I am on (Losing and Disabled,, if you deal with ANY TYPE of an illness,, come and JOIN US !!
ALso on the BELIEVE, ACHIEVE and SUCCEED team, we aer ALSO doing this as a challenge,, normally the 3 teams have DIFFERENT Challenges we work on. It just 'happened" this way.
If U LOVE a POSITIVE TEAM than come ON AND JOIN the BELIEVE, ACHIEVE and SUCCEED TEAM !!
Also if you are NOT on the 5% challenge and you would LOVE To try this,,,, we are doing "Inbetween challenge" For the SUD team,, and if you oare interested in signing up for the 5% challenge when it opens up,, in perhaps as little as 4 weeks to up to perhaps 10 weeks b4 it kicks in,, let me know !! There are a TON OF LTGL (Living The Good Life) we do ,, one a week,, which WILL have you working the SPARK PROGRAM NICCEY !! ANd WITH SUPpORT !!
