OK, I am not losing it... nor am I going backward, I have reset my transformation plan because we have redone some things, (me and the doc and my trainer). So, now things are back on track, we have torn apart what I was doing wrong, and what I was doing right, and now I am back on track. For the sake of keeping things straight, I am just starting back at Week 1 Day 1.
So, I got the all clear from the doc. They still think there is something wrong with my knee, so I have to have some more tests. I also did something to my ankle... but it is healing. So, I am all good!
I am determined more than ever after today to make this happen. Just something my husband said to me today...
Well, I got my hot tub up and running, and OMG it is such a life saver and such a blessing on my muscles, my knees, my hands and my ankles.

I was so busy today... my steps below and calories burned over the day shows just how much. I did get in 42 minutes on the bike though for a great burn tonight.
