This is my new commitment blog. I'm starting this since I lost weight and gained it back again shortly after... RESTART... weight 195
emoticon by the time I turn 23 I will be under 175....

emoticon I commit to bed at 930 and awake at 630 everyday...

emoticon I commit to running up and down my long hill driveway for 30 minutes and 30 minutes of strength/yoga training every morning (yoga and strength alternate days)...

emoticon I commit to drinking water and tea only, no coffee this week.

emoticon I commit to one candy a day, right after work, no later...

emoticon I will not eat after 7:30 pm.
