Hi everyone how is everyone doing me I have figured out a lot of stuff about me. I fell back into old habits I am my own worst enemy. So it is a work in progress. I have put one more pound on since I blogged last which isn't so bad but still no were I want to be.
So it is time for my reality check I'm not doing what I should be for me I forget again that if I'm not focusing on me and what I need to do for myself I fall by the waist side. So I'm trying my best to get back to taking care of myself.
So why does this happen not sure but I have done it my entire life I smile and pretend everything is okay because I don't know how to speak up but I'm finding my voice.
Sorry this a really boring blog but I'm back and I'm ready to do this.
So these are my goals for March:
1. Walk for an hour a day.
2. Track everyday.
3. Keep life simple.
