Trudging along day by day

Monday, March 10, 2014

Slow going but hanging in as best I can. Doc apt and lab work in the morning than its waiting for the results... a nail biter for sure. Nevertheless it is what it is. Doing my best at home: taking meds as directed, eating right according to the dietitians orders. The rest is in God's hands, as they say.

Not as weak or dizzy since my doctor reduced one of my medications but still I am so tired. It doesn't take much for me to feel like I have run a marathon. I am getting by however I can though. DH is giving me a bit of a hard time these days. Medical Bills have started to come in and I know he is overwhelmed by them but I still don't get the feeling he is fully aware of just how seriously ill I am now. He feels if I end up needing a kidney he will just hand over one of his. End of sorry. I don't feel it will be that easy or simple. Stage 4 Kidney Disease is NO JOKE! My Daughter on the other hand is still attentive as she also tries her best to keep up with her schooling. She was certified in IV's the other day. emoticon Haven't yet spent any time with the grandson however. Haven't actually seen him since Christmas. emoticon although his 7th birthday is coming up the end of this month and I hope to get up enough strength to attend his dinner and party in 2 weeks. I am keeping my fingers crossed!

Not much else for now. Hope everyone is doing well!! emoticon

Maybe your daughter can explain to DH. It's so great to hear how she has stepped up when faced with the adversity of your health and is a support for you. What a wonderful change!

Glad you're feeling less dizzy; the tiredness is still telling you to take it very easy. Lots of hugs to you!
