For whatever reason, doing cardio isn't interesting to me anymore. Rather than stop the gym altogether I've started really pumping the weights. I love it! I love that I can lift more than some of the guys, I love that the big buff guys give me respect in the free weights area... and I love that I've been consistantly losing 1.4-2 lbs a week for a while now. I've also been able to have a day "off" from spark in that I eat almost whatever I want and it still is working. I could certainly lose more if I didn't take this time off but it keeps me sane and honest, sticking with the plan during the week so for now it stays.
I think I'll add back in more cardio soon, biking weather is upon us and walking weather is here now. Maybe just gonna take a break from the elliptical and other gym machines for a while.
