Day 2 my daughter and I walked a total of thirty minutes at the same track location. Having a good conversation and listening to some really good tunes.
Day 3-I just got off work and I am waiting on my daughter to get home from school so I can go walking with her again. Same thing, we will walk for 30 minutes and go from there. Hopefully soon I will be adding in some strength training.
