My eating hasn't been horrible or anything. It just hasn't been very clean. I've been having all sorts of cravings and I've been allowing myself to indulge.
I've had a cherry flavored cake donut, cake, Doritos, Chex mix, bread, bread, and more bread. I have to be very cautious of how much bread, sweets, and chips that I consume. Those foods can definitely be trigger foods for me to binge eat.
Concerns about finances and an upcoming move are the reasons for my increased desire to eat extra outside of my planned meals. I'm still logging my food and exercising. I'm trying not to be too hard on myself. This too shall pass eventually.
