Today's Day 7, and it comes at the end of a long, 4 day weekend with DH.
At the beginning of the weekend I set a target weight to reach today. I'm really amazed at how that helped to keep me focused. Focused on everything that went into my mouth, looking for ways to MOVE! (Thanks SparkPeople for teaching me how to set goals!)
I couldn't wait to get on the scale this morning. Although I missed it by .1, I am still SOOOO thrilled! Normally I would be back up to where I started a week ago.
Rather than bemoan that little .1 - I am frolicking about the 3 pounds I DID lose! Woohoo!
This week I want to make the best of every opportunity so I can hit my goal for next week!
Let's do this!
