I know spring doesn't officially begin until March 21, but we are having two days of seventy degree weather. One of my commitments is to get in at least 30 minutes of some kind of exercise a day and to tighten up my diet, especially after I return from Spring Break on March 24. I am going to log everything I eat and try to stay within my calorie range. I want to eat a variety of good foods so I do not get bored and cut down on my carbs, dairy, and sugar intake. I am not focusing on the scale so much and want to just focus on putting good fuel in my body and getting myself moving.
