Today was an exhausting day. I woke and did my weigh in before church. I was down but not too much about a half pound. But as my buddy reminds me a loss is a loss. We're at great at giving each other that advice.
As most of my friends know I suffer from sleep apnea. Unfortunately I can't tolerate the CPAP assisted breathing machine so I live with it. Most nights not a problem. But if I am stressed out about something I can have sleepless nights where I have a great deal of trouble breathing. This leaves me exhausted the next day. I had a night like that last night. Important for me to prevent the stress.
Any went to church, came home and immediately went to the golf course to play 18 holes. Didn't play well but that was ok more cals burned. But at the end I was soooo tired and play was so slow over 5hrs. So I dragged home and just flopped on the couch for a nap. I could tell my swing was off because my hip and back were aching badly. Took a hot shower but what I really needed was a soak in the hot tub.
Anyway I'm rambling, I burned a lot of cals today. Weather is great spring definitely here. Trees are leafing out. So should have a good day for pickleball.
Hopefully I'll sleep better tonight. If you don't have any sleep issues be sure to praise god.
