WooHoo! I'm a down a pound since last week. I had a low mid week weigh-in, but it wasn't real. I'm okay with that, because I am down a pound from last week!
I took a good look at my weight chart in SP. I extended the dates out to next Sunday, so I can see what my goal weight is supposed to be and that is what I am aiming for. So I am working towards being 188 on weigh-in next Sunday.
On the medical side of things, I'm having thyroid issues! It's been over a year since I have had normal thyroid levels. I have been hypo and hyper. What is really weird is that I have been hyper lately, but I haven't really lost any weight. Usually when I'm hyper, I lose weight pretty quickly. I've seen three different doctors, played around with my synthroid dosage and still no results. The doctor I'm seeing now is referring me to see an endocrinologist. I'll hopefully get to see the specialist at the end of the month.
