Breakfast today was half a banana, 2 turkey sausage links, a bagel and three fourths an ounce of cream cheese. The banana we brought with us and I have clementines for the morning snack. No fruit on the breakfast bar except peaches packed in syrup at this Best Western. emoticon

Last night we ate at a Cracker Barrel near the motel. I had haddock, green beans, small salad and my treat of the week was a serving of their mac and cheese. I am in calorie range for the day but a little high in fat - will balance that off in the next few days.

    Great job! I have some traveling to do this week and am staring to plan. I love Cracker Barrel, which we don't have here in Oregon, but we are heading to Michigan in May. Yay!!!! There is one 3 miles from the hotel.
