I haven't heard from you guys in a while and you are truly missed. I hope that everything is going well for all of you.
Some of you may recall that I created a group, 60 Day Fitness/Health Challenge around this same time last year. Since then, we have gained an additional 280 members!! I am very glad to have so many members as apart of this team; however, I feel that we have lost so much of the personal atmosphere that we were hoping for.
I am asking again for your support! I know we each have our own schedules, but things really can be easier if we support one another and talk to each other at least weekly. We'll create stronger friendships and increase our own likelihood of success in more than just fitness and health.
Exercising has been so beneficial to each of us. So, can we start over? I'm not asking us to overwhelm ourselves, but rather to realize the beauty and value of our health, and of our friends, and to develop a stronger relationship with one another that we can commit to.
Let me know if you guys are in. We can do either a weekly blog, or comment on one another's blogs whenever we can. I have a few goals(fitness, health and personal) that I want to reach before I return back home for good, so it would be awesome if I could share my progress, fears, concerns, etc. with you either on blogs or through messages.
