Preparation

A friend asked me to go out with her family for her birthday in a weeks and of course I said yes. I am very excited and then she told me that we are going to go to the olive garden and I got even more excited. I have only been there twice and loved it!

I have been working hard to be healthy and I want to continue on with my lifestyle. Going to a pasta place can be a hard place to have a healthy meal. I have a feeling by the time I get to the city I am going to be starving and normally when I am starving I will pick what looks the tastiest. I am not going to do that this time though. I have already looked at the menu for the calories. I looked at a few things that looked good and then from there I chose the lowest calories.

I think that I should prepare more often. Even with my everyday snacks and meals.

    If you have a glass of water before you order it may help you to feel less hungry.
    I find it helps to put your knife and fork down between bites especially when you are listening to a friend talking, if your forks in your hand you may fill it up without thinking
    about what you are doing. Good luck, and have fun...
