chamomile tea - new favorite

Saturday, March 08, 2014

emoticon Happy weekend everyone!

I've been trying out different night time teas in an effort to substitute late night munchies with tea..i got some Bigelow chamomile tea and am loving it. It's very light but good.

Does anyone have any favorite non-caffeinated teas? I'm looking forward to adding more to my collection.

I have an early morning workout scheduled for tomorrow.

Have a great Sunday sparkfriends. emoticon emoticon

I have just recently started listening to my niece and looking for natural remedies and things that are good for me. I haven't really tried teas yet but know I need to. I went to a chiropractor Friday who really believes in teas and am looking forward to getting suggestions from him.

He did tell me to get some Epsom Salts and soak in a tub every day. The minerals in it are some that our bodies need. He put some liquid magnesium on my neck and it immediately relaxed my neck. Wow! The tea while soaking in the tub sounds like just what the doctor ordered!

I have learned on my own a few things to pamper myself that we could probably do while soaking. If you mix olive oil with an egg white and soak your fingernails in it, your nails look incredibly better after just five minutes. I went to a GNC Store and got a bottle of liquid vitamin E. It's great to put on your skin to make it soft. I put it on my hands at night and put gloves on. I can't believe the difference in my hands the next morning - I have problems with really dry hands and cuticles and it helps.

Sorry I rambled - I've been looking to relax and found these helpful. Your comment about liking the tea sounded like you could use some R & R. Hope things go well for you.

I do but brought mine back from Russia. Sorry. I love all teas. I used to not like Earl Gray until I tried it with a bit of milk!

I like bolder flavors - peppermint is one of my favorites. I also love a good licorice but it is hard to find.
