Take the time to try on several pairs until you find a pair that feels perfect. Spend as much as you need to. Exercising with good shoes lets you train longer and harder in greater comfort. Bad shoes discourage you from training at all, make you miserable, cause blisters, and possibly lead to injury as you contort your body to favor the blisters and aches. GET GOOD FITTING QUALITY SHOES!
