The last few days I have felt great and have thought I was really motivated to follow my plan. But I have over eaten everyday for the last 3 days. So what is the except meaning of motivation? Is it a feeling or an action? Are you really motivated if it does not translate into results? Why am I having this disconnect?
On the other side of the coin - I have actually been going to bed on time which was a big goal.
My blood sugar is also down to where I want it.
I just feel confused.
