It was cloudy outside and I wasn't very ambitious today. I didn't even get out for a walk. Got all my goals done yestarday. Not doing much towards them today.
My goals for Sunday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
