Day 67 "Never Say: I Blew it"

If you have a slip up, don't compound the overeating by eating even more.

If you're driving, and you get lost, would you turn off the car, and just stay there? No, you would look at a map, and get back on course.

If you were going down stairs & stumbled down a few stairs, would you figure all is lost, you might as well throw yourself down the rest of the flight? No, you would catch your breath, & go down carefully holding the railing.

How about if you were carrying a glass of milk, and spilled a few drops? Would you say, Oh well, might as well spill the rest on the floor? No! You would get a towel and clean it up, and forget it and go about your way.

So don't throw in the towel!

SP is your road map, your railing, your towel. If you follow it, you really will lose weight.

Good vlog, good subject, good analogies. I had to laugh because at first I thought it was my dog barking, then I realized it was on the vlog. Mine is sleeping, not barking.

I'm pretty good at self correcting. It's one things I've learned. No need to make things worse.

Good analogies, great advice, and nice to see your face, hear your voice, and appreciate your sense of humor for the canine in the house! emoticon

I have an image of Renee's shock absorbers in my head. Resilience and Consistency and resuming the journey without resorting to self guilt.
Awesome.
