Goal Not Met

One of my long range goals was to lose 50 lbs. by my birthday , but I didn't meet that goal. My birthday came and went this week and I missed my goal by 5 lbs. I was a little down for a few days, but I realized that a 45 lb. loss was pretty darn good so I modified my goal to be a 5 lb. loss by the end of March. This morning when I did my weigh-in I was down 3 lbs. so my new goal is within sight.

How others see you isn't important, but How you see yourself is everything.

  45 pounds is not to be sneezed at. When you get discouraged about not losing the last of it, think about how far you have come instead, the things you can do now and the clothes you can fit into now. Being positive has a way of knocking negative out of the way.
