Fish Tacos, Sansone, Springing Ahead

Saturday, March 08, 2014

Today I'm going with a friend to dinner and will be ordering my favorite fish tacos at On The Border. I love their fish tacos and, yes, they are a million calories. But I've learned to bring the rest home and make them into another meal. They are delish.

I'm into day 9 of Sansone's 30 day workouts where she alternates a day of firming and toning with dumbbells with a day of aerobics. My psyche is rebelling because I really don't like to do things that are on a rigid schedule. It takes the fun out of it. However, I'm going to try to stick with it as I'm determined to keep changing things up as we head into Spring.

Which reminds me to change my watches and clocks before going to bed tonight. I'm looking forward to the time change and longer daylight.

Wishing all a fun, happy weekend.

Sometimes a rigid schedule can be a comfort. You know what to expect. Who knows... perhaps at the end you may find you miss it. My exercise isn't fun, it's work, but it does make me feel go when I am done.
Fish tacos are still kind of new to me, here in New England. I've always wondered about fish tacos, I do like "normal" tacos. Fish tacos just sounded strange to me. :) I'm glad you are able to enjoy and be mindful at the same time.

Ooooh, I haven't seen that dvd. What's the name of it? We love On the Border, but don't have one within 100 miles. I like their chicken fajitas.

Oh gosh - thanks for the time change reminder. I probably would have forgotten!!

I love routine and my DH detests anything planned. Makes for a balanced albeit interesting household. After 20+ years with him, I know that he would rebel against anything planned like that. So I will tell you what I tell him - especially when it comes to him taking medication! Stick with it. You'll be amazed at how good you feel when you're done. And he is. And you will be too.

I actually changed my clocks yesterday; I am hoping to make it make to church tomorrow morning, and I thought by trying to adjust to the time change a day earlier, it will make it easier for me to get up on time tomorrow.

I actually woke up an hour earlier than usual today, so I just got up instead of going back to sleep, so I think I will do ok tomorrow.

I actually wish they would just leave the time alone though.

I have that DVD, too, and I have a hard time doing it the way it says. Good for you for sticking with it!

Much success to you!

I've never had a fish taco but would love to try one.

I finally have a Sansone video as a friend gave me one. I have not tried it yet.

Good for you - you have such a positive attitude and are getting things done. I bought the WATP program that you are using in December and have yet to do it! I am in such bad shape that I need to stick to the easier WATP's for now. Kudos to you for sticking to the program. Let us know how it goes.
