This week I learned that I need to do more activity, just not sit there on my tush. Today I walked for 1hr, 42min and 22 seconds, came out to 3 miles. This morning I found out that I have lost 2.3 lbs. Next week we are doing a fit club or setting one up, sounds fun,!!!. emoticon emoticon
