February had many challenges. My calories were usually within range, but the fitness time was low...not an all time low...but lower than what I wanted. I was really hoping for an early spring, but the wonderful Midwest winter decided to stick around.
March looks hopeful !! I can tell it's starting to get warmer, the sun is rising earlier and setting later. I already feel better. Been able to get outside with the puppy a bit. So my goal for March...FITNESS !!
