Today I finished work, did some stuff ...and then went to the gym. Did 20 on the elliptical and 40 on the treadmill, then an hour of yoga!
I am preparing for my fitness retreat to Red Mountain...so very excited. Right now I'm super tired and I think I'm gonna need to sleep and wake up and get stuff done. I think I'm going to try Bodyworks plus Abs tomorrow morning.
Plane leaves at 9:00! I love my niece for taking care of the animals and dring me to the airport. I love that they live with me.
I made my packing list weeks ago, so all I have to do is assemble and go!
The eating was good this week too. I hope I can control my portions at this awesome place. It's known for its food. I'm hoping all the activity will put me right.
