Stayed within my calories (6 days a week). [ x ] (Current streak: 25 days)
Didn't binge. [ x ] (Current streak: 28 days)
Went for a walk (6 days a week). [ x ] (Current streak: 26 days)
Took the stairs instead of the elevator. [ x ] (Current streak: 25 days)

:) That's it for the day! Compared to how my Friday nights used to be, this is a huge improvement even though I'm at the high end of my calorie range for the day. Stayed within the limits though!
