Some folks have been questioning the integrity of those who somehow post more th 120 minutes a day on their spark activity tracker. The point is, personal integrity is what matters. emoticon God knows the truth and if we game the system we only kid ourselves.
Check out the Spark Activity Owners Team for more details.

Some of the folks are prepositing their workouts and that is their prerogative. I don do this and I don't know how. What the tracker picks up is plenty of motivation for me. Jesus tells me not worry allover his word , So why should I? Lord I do believe, yea help me with my unbelief.

I am sore from such a long ride yesterday and yes I have a very comfortable seat set on my recumbent bike. I .also have a really cool machine called a street strider that is like cross country skiing on bicycle wheels. Kind of a rolling stair stepper/elliptical machine that steers like a surfboard.

A tremendous workout emoticon and lots of fun. Look up videos on you tube I have tried running my dogs with it but have toned down after some hairy crashes emoticon

Now pray for my continued abstinence from refined sugars and I may yet reach y goal weight before I die. To day is a good day..

Heading out to sea soon so internet access will be limited. This will be a new experiment for the spark tracker. Wonder what it will make of deck walking and scaffold climbing and perhaps a bit of swimming? I understand it holds data for 14 days. We shall see.

Thanks for all the intereting points of vies. You all keep me sparking.

I wouldn't judge anyone else. if they say that they are working out that much, they will only have to answer to themselves if it's not true! I try to only worry about myself & what I know my body can handle. I draw encouragement from others of course, but try desperately not to compare myself to them, you know? I don't post workouts before they happen because sometimes I change my mind, or I injure myself and have to do something else, etc., but to each his/her own, right?

totally agree - what difference does it make what someone else posts - the only real test is self honesty - I read post to get inspiration, not argue with the poster - You are right on
