trying to test a new food each month.. Last month I tried a new hybrid of apple.. Yet another one this month:Pink lady.. I tried sugar snap peas in January and love them.
Low in calories. great crunch and so many vitamins and minerals!
Is there a new thing you have tried and kept it in your diet? Or a new way to prepare a food?
I did buy some lake perch today,, we call them yellow bellies here in Michigan.. A great Friday dinner.
