Tomorrow we are going to Chico! I spent about an hour this morning packing most of the stuff we are going to be bringing with us. I made sure to pack a bag of some of my "healthy" food such as green tea, sandwich thins, fruit, raw almonds, low calorie granola bars, and instant oatmeal. I'm also going to pack my workout clothes and my food scale so I am fully prepared to fit time in the weekend to workout or at the very least go for a walk. I'm going to put my fitbit on the charger tonight so it can charge and I can track my steps while we are away. I'll be bringing my tablet with us so I can use Sparkpeople to track my foods and exercise to make sure everything goes smoothly. I definitely don't want a weight gain especially after finding out I'm 186 now. I still can't believe how small I'm getting! My bras are starting to fit funny so I measured my band size and it's a 36 and I'm wearing a 42... time for a new bra soon. I don't imagine my band size getting any smaller...
Today we are going to the gym and even if we can't find parking we will park at grocery outlet which is across the street. I'm determined to get a gym workout in today no matter what. I plan on doing 10 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the stationary bike, and 15 minutes on the arc trainer. I know it doesn't sound like much but usually I end up burning almost 500 calories from it. Depending on how I feel I'll throw in 20 minutes worth of strength training.
