Trying to get motivated

Here I am, several months into this and I'm still the same. I don't know what's wrong with me, but I need to get motivated. Today I worked out to Coach Nicole's 12-Minute Seated Core Workout, tomorrow, I plan to do the 11-Minute Cardio. If I can keep doing this, then hopefully I can get stronger and start doing more.
