So I pretty much have all my ducks in a row. I have 2 more app'ts for pre-op, and the joint replacement class the night before. *sigh* I am so tired right now.
I have been trying to swim at least 3x/wk and doing pilates on the off days. That's been working. I am in my 'tight' 16's .. and they feel loose! I had been back up in the 18's for the last 2 years.
I'm sure my 'infidelity' diet was part of the weight loss. I'm not going to go into a lot of detail, but I found out this past fall that my husband of 22 years had been cheating on me for at least the last 10. Maybe more. All I know is I can't stay married to someone who can look me in the eyes and lie. Say prayers for me, for my girls, and yes, even for him. Thanks!
