Collards & Chard. My first time for each.

I've come to rely on one green smoothie a day. I started by using spinach, but shortly thereafter, found that my fave grocery store has regular markdowns of collards and chard. They were cheap and green, so I bought them and have been using in smoothies. Love these smoothies so much that I can't go a day without them. My body craves the nutrients.

Am into day 6 of Sansone and have also upped my walks into power walks. It's sunny and warm, so beautiful to challenge myself out there.
