For the next 40 days,I am taking up a challenge:
1.Give up sweet cravings
2.Eat at least 3 servings of fruits daily
3.Sleep 10pm daily
I have my cravings mostly at nights when I stay up late,so I plan to set an alarm for 9.30pm for my bed time.
I will also stock up on fruits and vegetables like Apple,Pineapple,Papayas,Waterm
elon,Mangos etc (they are so much in season here in Nigeria).
Spiritually,I plan to devout more time for my God by visiting the church daily and participating actively in the lenten programme of my local church.
Hoping to come out victorious
