knee issues day 6

Made it through Dare to Lose training. Which was a lot of weight, core and cardio. Interval training. Part of it was that I walked 10 min on the treadmill at incline 1 and speed of 2. emoticon Did most of it with out holding on. A real biggie for me with my lurching limp.
After training I went to therapy pool and walked 1/2 mile in four feet of water.
Yea I probably over did it, but it felt great at the time.
If I have to pay the piper tomorrow so be it. Tonight I have a feeling of power and accomplishment. emoticon
