Lost 2.3 kilos this week. 14.2 kilos in total now.

Not sure how realistic this weeks weigh in is. I been living off rice, meat, fruit and vegetables. I've been eating less than normal, probably having two meals a day plus a snack, but I haven't been hungry at all - today I got to midday and realised that I hadn't eaten anything. Not sure what is going on with my body anymore, the doctor didn't have any ideas either.

I do feel better after cutting all those things out [gluten, dairy, egg, soy, legumes, sugar, nightshades, processed and artificial foods]. I had some soy on Sunday night and broke out in hives again. That same afternoon, I snacked on a raw carrot and had some kind of reaction, like hayfever or a cold.

Anyway, I'm still waiting for my dad to drop round his cross-trainer - if our car had the room or a tow bar I go get it. Just have to wait.
