Day 79: feelin it

Feelin' it in two ways --
Feelin' mega pain in my legs and bum from yesterday's workout -- as in, tough to walk pain. But, hurts so good and I got another compliment at work today that I was "disappearing." :)
Feelin' it too - perfect Medifast day, a few salmon burgers from Trader Joes and an arugula salad again with a little parmesan and lemon juice. It's so good -- if anyone reading this has never tried that combo, try it. It's the perfect combo of bitter and sharp - love it!
No gym for me today - I think I better listen to these sore muscles, rest, maybe do some stretching. I have a good stretching CD called 'Slim and Limber' or something from Slim in 6 - the umpteenth workout set I bought. Definitely not knocking it though - it was the only workout program that I've ever stuck to all the way through and my legs looked amazing.
OK, off to distract myself until it's brownie time...
