45 min walking + 15 min stretching
Done well with both food and water (80 oz) too despite being ill. Am continuing on with no eating after dinner.
I am going to take some meds and go to bed soon in hopes of feeling much better in the morning.
Cautiously optimistic about my weigh tomorrow morning. Hoping the plateau is a thing of the past!
TOMORROW'S GOALS: Do not get upset with whatever the scale says. 30 min cardio + 15 strength + 15 stretch.
