I saw on one of the Spark videos that when you have back pain just try walking slowly around the house. If you can get down to the floor, bring one leg at a time up off the floor and then slowly and gently pull your knees to your chest as far as you can comfortably go. This will pull those hamstrings and lower bag so the muscle isn't so tight. Hey, I found the video about back pain. Watch it and see if anything in it could help you.
