what a difference without bread

Tuesday, March 04, 2014

It's not like I was eating a ton of bread, I'd have it with cottage cheese in the morning most of the time or maybe have a tuna sandwich in the afternoon.
I noticed that I haven't been feeling bloated in my tummy and I'm extremely regular now which hahaha that's ODD for me hahaha
I've really increased the veggies even if I can't cut them up I been buying more and more frozen because they do have a fresher taste then can and I'm adding them with everything hahaha just ask my hubby hahahaha
I've been eating my strawberries, grapefruit cups and really trying to stay away from sugar and I do notice a difference in my stomach not just about the bloat but the way it feels.
I'm making more of the "S" if you watch Dr Oz you know what I mean hahahaha I had to stop and think why, what is the difference and I honestly believe it's because of no bread and more veggies.
I love my salads but god I do love salad dressing so I bought some apple cider vinegar so I can mostly put that in and just use a little of my dressing, my mouth responds to strong spices and strong tastes so the apple cider vinegar really makes my mouth say WOW....it is just the little kick I need so I don't use a lot of dressing even if it's only 15 calories a serving....
My hubby also notices a difference because he hasn't been eating much bread and it's a good feeling when you don't feel bloated all the time.

You can do so much with the apple cider vinegar! Try cooking some berries down in a saucepan and add it to your vinegar for a really yummy dressing and marinade!

Bread is hard to give up so emoticon job! I used to enjoy sandwiches often but now I'm trying to be gluten free and either gluten free bread is horrible and expensive or its good and even more expensive.

SO So glad I have read as I have told you before, that it helps so much with bloat and fibro but you need to be off it for while to notice that and with you and me, I don't see a diff in pain think cos we are so weather susceptible.
gotta go my elbow is so sore. hugs
