Hike Hundred Mile Wilderness in September 2014!

I am slowly getting back into regular exercise with the hopes of doing a GIANT hiking and camping adventure this fall. I like to think I eat pretty healthy but since I've gained 29 to 30 pounds over the last three years there are more times than not that I haven't!
Did 15 big exercise ball routine. Ate well except for cookies co-worker shared in middle of the day.
Forgot I had meeting after work and didn't bring anything good for supper. :( I have peanutbutter and raisins in my drawer so I think I will have a few spoonfuls and a coffee before the meeting.

    Your drawer needs some protein that has not as much fat as as PB. You need something crunchy I am being naughty but someone has to help you when you forget to stock up on crunchy satisfying things as well.
RYVITA or WASA is Great it keeps really well and it really goes great with PB with raisins craisins, dates and prunes. Good dried fruit. I know I would likely eat the lot. Laughing cow cheese or pull top tuna or salmon in very small cans.
