I am slowly getting back into regular exercise with the hopes of doing a GIANT hiking and camping adventure this fall. I like to think I eat pretty healthy but since I've gained 29 to 30 pounds over the last three years there are more times than not that I haven't!
Did 15 big exercise ball routine. Ate well except for cookies co-worker shared in middle of the day.
Forgot I had meeting after work and didn't bring anything good for supper. :( I have peanutbutter and raisins in my drawer so I think I will have a few spoonfuls and a coffee before the meeting.
