My husband has been sick for the last five days. He finally sounded noticeably better this morning, but I left for work with a scratchy throat.
Two hours later, I came home instead of ignoring it so I can get over it faster than he did, I hope. I've taken vitamin C, meds, and soup, along with several hours of nap with my tiny cat who was very happy to share the bed.
When I woke up, I thought of how husband had sat outside in the sun and decided to go for a slow walk. I felt better for doing it. I have another class this evening. I'm going to sit in the back and take a big bottle of water with me. Then I will come home and go straight to bed.
