Tracked my meals. [ x ] (Current streak: 22 days)
Stayed within my calories (6 days a week). [ x ] (Current streak: 22 days)
Didn't binge. [ x ] (Current streak: 25 days)
Went for a walk (6 days a week). [ x ] (Current streak: 23 days)
Took the stairs instead of the elevator. [ x ] (Current streak: 22 days)
I tripped and fell on my walk today and now my ankle is really sore :( Other than that it was a good day. Today was the only day this week I'm allowed to go over my calories (Mardi Gras is a big deal here in Finland too, well actually we don't call it that but we still celebrate it by eating all kinds of delicious and special foods). I have to stay super focused for the rest of the week because I don't want to break my streak.
Here are my goals for March:
1. I'll keep the streaks going.
2. I'll lose 3 kg / 6.5 pounds.
3. I won't weigh myself until the month is over.
4. I'll keep updating my blog every day.
That's it! Pretty simple.
